Star Shop is a cross-regional service tool provided by Volzol for physical store members worldwide, with core functions including:

Member account management (points inquiry, level status)
Store activity notifications and reward collection (supporting multi-language push)
Participation in interactive tasks through taking photos/uploading images (requires camera and photo album permissions)

II. How We Collect and Use Your Information

V. How You Manage Your Information and Account Cancellation

5.1 Account Information

If you wish to access or edit your personal profile information in your account, change your password, add security information, etc., you can perform these operations in the Star Shop application.

5.2 User Information Changes

You can make changes to your personal information (including phone number, name, avatar, gender, etc.) on the Star Shop application. If you have any questions, you can contact us through Star Shop's online service or email.

5.3 Account Cancellation

If you decide to stop using Star Shop, you can cancel your account through "Star Shop-My-Edit Profile-Cancel Account" or contact us at google@vozol.com.

5.4 Permission Control

You can turn off camera/photo album permissions at any time in your phone's system settings (this will not affect completed task records)

VI. Protection of Minors

6.1 Age Restrictions

Children under 13 years old are prohibited from registering (underage accounts will be proactively cancelled when discovered)
Users in the EU region must be at least 16 years old to use the service
